The Pianococktail is a musical instrument incorporating a number of mechanical devices linking some keys of a piano keyboard to bottles filled with liquid. Upon playing a given key, a small amount of the liquid is released into a cup.
In this way, it becomes possible to mix cocktails, while playing a musical piece.
The French writer Boris Vian mentions such an instrument in his book "L’Ecume des Jours" (Foam of the Days).
